Join our Artificial Intelligence & Data team in Bengaluru as a Senior Consultant specializing in AI Insights & Engagement. This pivotal role focuses on leading and governing complex, country-level migrations within the banking sector, specifically managing the transition from IWPB to CIB across numerous countries.

We are seeking an experienced professional adept at navigating intricate operational changes, ensuring seamless transitions, and maintaining robust governance throughout the phased migration process. Your expertise will be crucial in aligning operations with risk frameworks and driving efficiency improvements.

Lead end-to-end country-level migrations from IWPB to CIB for over 40 countries, delivered in phases. Realign and disentangle shared resources supporting both IWPB and CIB activities. Engage senior stakeholders in-country, closely monitoring progress across workstreams and overseeing operational readiness.

Drive a phased migration approach, capture decisions, document current-state procedures by creating SOPs, and manage risks, dependencies, and issues proactively. Initiate process improvements using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies to enhance efficiencies during migration. List and classify deliverables from regulatory obligations, assess first and second line of defense work, and establish RACI matrices.

A strong candidate with the required skillset for the project. Proven experience in leading large-scale operational migrations. Deep understanding of cards processes/functions, preferably commercial cards, and associated systems. Comfort engaging senior stakeholders and meticulous oversight of operational readiness.

Ability to drive phased migration, capture decisions, formulate SOPs, and actively manage risks. Experience in process improvement using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies is highly desirable. Must be capable of initiating process improvements as countries migrate and preparing proposals for leadership approval.
