We are seeking a Senior Consultant with a strong background in AI Insights & Engagement and extensive experience in business transformation, particularly within the banking domain. This role requires a proven ability to manage large-scale, end-to-end projects and drive successful delivery.

Ideal candidates will possess a good understanding of global data project delivery and the nuances of banking systems and operations. While direct experience in analytics, data, or wealth projects is beneficial, it is not a mandatory requirement for this position.

Drive and deliver large-scale, end-to-end projects with strong project management capabilities. Ensure alignment between project outcomes and business objectives by managing cross-functional teams. Engage effectively with senior leadership, operations, and technology teams through excellent stakeholder management.

Support Channels delivery and implementation as a senior project manager. Leverage strong Jira skills and global delivery experience to manage multi-market working models. Contribute to the success of AI Insights & Engagement initiatives.

Essential requirements include robust core project management skills and hands-on experience with Agile and PI planning. A strong background in banking or financial services project management is highly preferred.

Candidates with capital markets knowledge, specifically brokerage or trade lifecycle experience, are strongly desired. If this is not available, banking domain experience will be considered as a secondary option. Awareness of specific banking systems and early onboarding is also advantageous.
