Seeking a seasoned Senior Consultant to spearhead large-scale, country-wide migrations from IWPB to CIB, managing the end-to-end process across 40+ nations. This role demands close collaboration with senior in-country stakeholders, meticulous progress monitoring across all workstreams, and ensuring operational readiness throughout each migration phase.

This position requires a deep understanding of commercial card processes and systems. The ideal candidate will be adept at identifying exceptions, managing non-standard scenarios, and upholding stringent controls and governance requirements. Responsibilities include driving a phased migration approach, documenting current procedures through SOP development, and proactively managing risks, dependencies, and issues for each country.

Lead and govern country-level migrations (IWPB to CIB) across 40+ countries, delivered in phases. Engage senior stakeholders in-country and monitor progress across all workstreams. Oversee operational readiness throughout the migration phase. Utilize strong knowledge of cards processes and systems, particularly commercial cards. Identify and manage exception management/non-standard scenarios and ensure controls are met. Drive a phased migration approach, capture decisions, and document current-state procedures via SOPs. Track each migration phase for every country, actively managing risks, dependencies, and issues. Initiate process improvements using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies to enhance efficiencies. Analyze regulatory obligations, classify activities, and assess first/second-line defense alignment. Establish RACI for activities, estimate resource needs, and prepare proposals for approval.

Requires an experienced senior resource with a strong command of project management and stakeholder engagement. Must possess deep knowledge of cards processes, preferably commercial cards, and associated systems. Proficiency in identifying and managing exception scenarios and ensuring governance requirements are met. Demonstrated ability to drive phased migration approaches, capture decisions, and develop SOPs. Experience in tracking migration phases and actively managing risks, dependencies, and issues is essential. Capability to initiate process improvements and apply Lean/Six Sigma methodologies. Familiarity with regulatory obligations, risk frameworks, and RACI matrix establishment. Excellent communication and documentation skills are required.
