We are looking for a seasoned Performance Test Engineer with 7 to 9 years of experience to enhance our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate will excel in designing, developing, and executing comprehensive performance test scripts. This role is crucial for assessing the scalability, reliability, and responsiveness of enterprise-level applications.

Provide expert consultancy on performance testing best practices, methodologies, and tools. Analyze client requirements to develop tailored performance testing strategies. Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts utilizing industry-standard tools like LoadRunner and JMeter. Monitor and analyze test results to pinpoint performance bottlenecks and provide actionable recommendations. Conduct performance testing reviews and walkthroughs with client teams, ensuring clear communication. Collaborate closely with clients to optimize application performance based on detailed test findings. Work in tandem with development and operations teams to implement performance enhancements effectively. Offer guidance on code-level optimizations and system configurations to boost efficiency. Create detailed documentation for performance testing strategies, plans, and scripts, ensuring future usability. Prepare comprehensive performance test reports and present findings to clients in an easily understandable format. Maintain documentation for knowledge transfer and future reference. Conduct training sessions and workshops for client teams on performance testing best practices. Stay current with industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies within performance testing. Share knowledge and insights proactively with both internal and client teams. Engage with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution. Serve as a subject matter expert on performance testing in project meetings and discussions.

Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. Minimum of 7 to 9 years of professional experience in performance testing is essential. Proficiency in performance testing best practices, methodologies, and tools is expected. Experience with industry-standard performance testing tools such as LoadRunner and JMeter is mandatory. Demonstrated ability to analyze client requirements and design effective testing strategies. Strong skills in monitoring, analyzing test results, and identifying performance bottlenecks. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present findings clearly. Experience in providing guidance on code optimization and system configurations is beneficial.
