As a Performance Test Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and executing performance test scripts. Your role involves analyzing test results to pinpoint performance bottlenecks and collaborating closely with Development, DBA, Infrastructure, and Architecture teams to implement effective solutions. You will also be responsible for preparing comprehensive performance reports with actionable recommendations, ensuring applications consistently meet stringent performance, scalability, and reliability requirements.

This role demands 5-8 years of hands-on experience in performance testing. Essential skills include proficiency with LoadRunner and JMeter, a strong grasp of Performance Testing and Engineering concepts, and experience with Load, Stress, Endurance, Volume, and Scalability Testing. Expertise in performance analysis, bottleneck identification, and root cause analysis is crucial, alongside strong debugging capabilities across application, database, middleware, and infrastructure layers. Familiarity with monitoring/APM tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Splunk, or Grafana, alongside knowledge of Web/API Performance Testing (REST/SOAP), SQL, Linux, and log analysis, is expected. Experience in Agile/DevOps environments is also required. A Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree is the required educational background.
