Join Deloitte's Technology & Transformation practice as a Senior Performance Test Engineer in Bengaluru. Lead and execute performance testing engagements using Tricentis Neo Load for enterprise applications. You will own the performance test strategy, workload modeling, script development, execution, analysis, and reporting.

Key responsibilities include defining test plans, identifying performance scope and non-functional requirements, and collaborating with SMEs and project teams. Develop and maintain performance test scripts in NeoLoad, design realistic workload models, and execute various types of load tests.

Analyze performance results to pinpoint bottlenecks across application, middleware, database, and infrastructure layers. Communicate findings, risks, and recommendations clearly to project teams, technical leads, and business stakeholders through comprehensive reports. Utilize test management tools like Spira for efficient tracking and reporting.

We are seeking a Senior Performance Test Engineer with 7 to 10 years of hands-on experience in Neo Load and performance testing. A strong command of Tricentis Neo Load for scripting, execution, and analysis is essential.

Experience testing web applications (Web/HTTP/HTML) and/or APIs is required, along with the ability to define performance test strategies and execution approaches. Proficiency in workload modeling, performance analysis, and identifying/reporting bottlenecks is crucial. Candidates should have experience fixing script issues during load testing and be familiar with test management tools, preferably Spira.

A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. Strong analytical and communication skills are fundamental for success in this role. Experience with performance testing of SAP landscapes, APM or monitoring tools, and enterprise-scale application environments are considered advantageous.
