Apply structured problem-solving techniques to workforce advisory engagements, analyzing client needs and developing actionable solutions. Conduct thorough research, synthesize data effectively, and prepare high-quality client deliverables and presentations. Support project execution through meticulous planning, issue tracking, and cross-functional coordination. Leverage analytical rigor and solution design capabilities to address complex workforce challenges.

Key areas include aligning business and workforce strategies, redesigning organizational structures, and developing talent strategies using proprietary EY tools. You will also contribute to enhancing change experience and learning initiatives, focusing on new ways of working and digital adoption. Additionally, you'll support efforts in aligning purpose, culture, and leadership programs with client strategies, and in transforming HR functions through digitization and modern reward systems.

A Master of Business Administration (MBA) is required for this role. We are seeking individuals with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Analysis and 3 years in Business Intelligence. Candidates should possess a collaborative spirit, enabling effective service delivery across departments while adhering to commercial and legal standards.
