This role is within the National sector-agnostic teams, providing diverse industry exposure. Specifically, you'll join the People Consulting practice, focusing on Workforce Advisory. We empower clients to strategically align their people agenda with business objectives, ensuring the right talent is in place for sustainable change and a competitive advantage.

Drive technical excellence across organizational design, workforce planning, HR transformation, talent management, and change management. Analyze complex client challenges to develop practical, business-driven solutions. Lead end-to-end engagement delivery, from planning and analysis through implementation and issue resolution. Proactively identify risks, manage dependencies, and ensure high-quality client service. Contribute to proposals, presentations, and thought leadership, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.

A Master of Business Administration (MBA) is required. Significant experience in HR Consulting and HR Industry Centers of Excellence is essential. Candidates should possess the ability to collaborate effectively across departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. A practical, problem-solving approach, delivering insightful and actionable solutions is key.
