The opportunity is for a Senior Consultant in National Workforce Advisory, part of our People Advisory Services. This role is based in Gurgaon and offers a broad, sector-agnostic experience across industries.

You will leverage strong consulting skills in workforce advisory, analyzing organizational and workforce challenges. This involves gathering, structuring, and interpreting data for evidence-based recommendations.

Key responsibilities include developing clear presentations, reports, and solution documents tailored to workforce advisory needs. You'll apply structured problem-solving and project execution techniques, utilizing your familiarity with workforce planning, organizational design, or HR advisory concepts for effective client delivery.

To excel in this role, you need a Bachelor of Engineering or a Bachelor of Commerce degree.

We seek individuals with a proven ability in Data Analysis, coupled with at least two years of experience.
