This role is part of the National PAS WKFA CNS - PC team, focusing on strategic people consulting. This role focuses on advising clients on critical areas of workforce transformation. Key fields of play include:

- Organization and Workforce Transformation: Applying capabilities like scenario modeling, organizational design, workforce planning, analytics, and talent strategy using EY's proprietary tools. - Change Experience & Learning: Guiding clients on new workforce experiences, including Agile, Design Thinking, digital methodologies, and accelerated adoption through digital change tracking and learning platforms. - Purpose, Culture and Leadership: Aligning leadership and cultural programs with business strategy, purpose, and operating models to foster innovation and efficiency. - HR Transformation, Systems and Rewards: Reimagining and digitizing the HR function, covering HR strategy, service delivery, cloud technology, and optimizing employee policies and rewards.

To excel in this Senior Consultant position, you should possess Human Resources expertise and 5-8 years of relevant experience. We seek individuals capable of collaborative work, providing services across client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements.
