This role is part of the National sector-agnostic teams, offering diverse industry experience. You will focus on key areas including Organization and Workforce Transformation, leveraging capabilities like scenario modeling, org design, workforce planning & analytics, and talent strategy. Additionally, you'll engage in Change Experience & Learning, defining new ways of working and driving adoption through digital tools. The role also involves Purpose, Culture and Leadership initiatives, aligning programs with business strategy and building modern capabilities. Finally, you will contribute to HR Transformation, Systems and Rewards, by reimagining and digitizing the HR function, including HR strategy, service delivery models, and cloud technology.

To qualify for this position, you must possess a Bachelor's degree and have 5-8 years of experience in Human Resources. We seek individuals with the ability to collaborate effectively across client departments, adhering to commercial and legal requirements.
