This role as a Senior Consultant is part of our National People Advisory Services (PAS) Workforce Advisory team, focusing on transforming organizations by strategically aligning people strategies with business objectives. We place individuals at the heart of transformation, driving sustainable change through an empowered workforce.

You will play a crucial role in aligning business and workforce strategies with current and future operating models. This involves applying expertise in scenario modeling, organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy, leveraging proprietary EY tools.

You will also contribute to defining new workforce experiences, including Agile methodologies, Design Thinking, and digital problem-solving. Accelerate adoption through digitally-enabled change initiatives and foster positive organizational purpose, culture, and leadership aligned with client business strategies.

We are seeking individuals with a strong ability to collaborate across client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. A practical approach to solving complex problems, delivering insightful and actionable solutions, is essential.
