Drive technical excellence by supporting the design and implementation of HR operating models, organizational structures, and enhancing HR process efficiency. Manage people risks and support change initiatives to guide organizations through successful transitions to future states. Advise on challenges related to mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and carve-outs, utilizing capabilities in Organizational Change Management, Organizational Design, Digital HR Transformation, Training and Development, and HR Process Efficiency & Policy.

As a Senior Consultant, you will be instrumental in business transformation projects. This includes defining and recommending change framework deployment, leading change management for large strategic projects, and supporting global initiatives. Key activities involve conducting case for change and impact assessment sessions, delivering stakeholder engagement, communication, and training activities to ensure project success.

A Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree is required, coupled with a minimum of 4 years of experience in HR Operations. Candidates should possess the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal mandates. A practical, problem-solving approach is essential, delivering insightful and actionable solutions.
