As a Senior Consultant in National PAS WKFA, CNS - PC - WORKFORCE ADVISORY, you will contribute to building a better working world by strategically aligning clients' people agenda with their business objectives. You will be responsible for delivering technical excellence across HR transformation, organization design, talent management, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness engagements. This involves translating complex business and people challenges into structured problem statements, hypotheses, and actionable implementation plans.

Driving data-driven decision-making through workforce analytics, organization diagnostics, and benchmarking studies is crucial. You will also conduct research on emerging workforce trends, the future of work, skills-based organizations, AI in HR, and talent transformation.

Leveraging HR technology knowledge to advise clients on digital transformation priorities and contributing to the development of People Consulting assets, methodologies, and thought leadership are key aspects of this role. Supporting proposal development and providing technical expertise and market insights are also expected.

To qualify for this role, you should possess a Master of Business Administration, Post Graduate Diploma in Management, or a Bachelor of Business Administration.

We require 2-3 years of core People consulting experience or functional HR experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate an ability to work collaboratively across client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements.

You will need a practical, problem-solving approach, delivering insightful and practical solutions.
