This role is within our National People Consulting team, specializing in Workforce Advisory. We partner with clients to strategically align their people agenda with business objectives, placing Humans at the Center of transformation. As a Senior Consultant, you will be a vital contributor to business transformation projects, delivering high-quality client services. Your role will involve analyzing complex challenges and providing insightful, practical solutions.

You will define and implement change frameworks for specific projects, manage the change management aspects of large strategic initiatives including transitions, transformations, and digitalization. This includes supporting program delivery on time and mitigating issues arising from poor change management.

Key activities include conducting case for change sessions, change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communication strategies, and training delivery.

To be successful in this role, you should possess a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. A minimum of 4 years of experience in HR Operations is required.
