Lead end-to-end employee lifecycle management, including hires, transfers, and exits, ensuring accuracy and adherence to policies. Oversee HR case management, monitoring performance, managing escalations, and ensuring quality documentation. Provide Tier 2 advisory support on HR policies, processes, and employee/manager queries, exercising sound judgment. Review complex cases, prepare summaries, and collaborate with internal teams for timely resolution. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data privacy compliance within HR systems. Coach and mentor HR Generalists, focusing on case assessment, transaction accuracy, and customer communication. Manage daily workloads, identify service risks, and ensure work redistribution for continuity. Analyze recurring issues and recommend process improvements or automation opportunities. Support transition planning and knowledge transfer for new processes. Contribute to operating reviews with data-driven insights on service quality and trends.

A strong HR operations leadership mindset with a focus on employee experience, policy adherence, and service delivery. Exceptional attention to detail, data accuracy, and documentation discipline for audit-ready execution. Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage global stakeholder interactions effectively. Ability to interpret policies, exercise judgment, and escalate sensitive matters appropriately. Comfort working within a shared services model, managing SLAs, queues, and governance forums. Proven ability to coach team members, structure problem-solving, and translate process knowledge into practical guidance. Sound judgment in handling confidential employee information and maintaining data privacy is essential.

Key Skills: Workday HCM / SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow HRSD, policy knowledge base, reporting dashboards.

Must-have: 5-7 years of hands-on HR operations experience in GCC, GBS, or shared services, covering employee lifecycle, case management, and HR advisory. Experience leading daily operations, workload allocation, quality checks, escalations, and SLA delivery. Strong working knowledge of HR ticketing systems, employee data confidentiality, and audit controls. Proficiency in Workday or a comparable HCM platform for employee data lookup and transactions. Experience with ServiceNow HRSD or a similar HR helpdesk/case management workflow. Demonstrated stakeholder management, team coaching, and strong business English proficiency.

Nice-to-have: Experience in Pharma, life sciences, GCC, or regulated-industry HR operations. Exposure to BOT, transition, or knowledge-transfer environments. Experience with process documentation, knowledge-base governance, dashboards, root-cause analysis, or continuous improvement. Awareness of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR), HR compliance, and audit-support requirements.
