This role is part of our National PAS team, offering diverse industry experiences. Within CNS - PC - WORKFORCE ADVISORY, you'll help clients strategically align their people agenda with business goals, placing humans at the center of transformation. We empower organizations to drive sustainable change through their workforce, ensuring the right talent, skills, and roles at the optimal cost for a competitive advantage.

Your key responsibilities will involve driving technical excellence in HR transformation, organization design, talent management, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness. You will translate complex challenges into structured problem statements and practical implementation plans, utilizing data-driven decision-making through workforce analytics and diagnostics.

Conducting research on emerging workforce trends like the future of work, skills-based organizations, and AI in HR is crucial. You will leverage HR technology knowledge to advise clients on digital transformation priorities and contribute to developing People Consulting assets and thought leadership. Supporting proposal development and pursuit activities with technical expertise and market insights will also be part of your role.

To excel in this role, you should possess core People consulting experience of 2-3 years or functional HR experience. A Master of Business Administration (MBA), Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM), or Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) is required.
