As a Senior Consultant in Workforce Advisory, you will contribute to key areas including:

Organization and Workforce Transformation: Applying capabilities like scenario modeling, organizational design, workforce analytics, and talent strategy using proprietary EY tools.

Change Experience & Learning: Developing new workforce experiences, including agile methodologies, design thinking, and digital problem-solving, facilitating accelerated adoption through our digital learning platforms.

Purpose, Culture and Leadership: Aligning leadership and cultural programs with business strategy, fostering modern leadership and talent capabilities to drive innovation.
