Join us as a Senior Consultant in our National People Consulting team, focusing on Organization and Workforce Transformation. This role is based in Gurugram and offers a dynamic environment working across various industries. You'll be instrumental in helping clients align their people strategies with business objectives, ensuring they have the right talent with the right skills in the right roles.

Lead engagements focused on organization transformation, workforce strategy, career architecture, and HR transformation.

Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to assess current processes and identify challenges.

Analyze workforce and talent data to derive actionable insights and develop strategic recommendations.

Design and develop future-state operating models, talent frameworks, and job architectures.

Create high-quality deliverables, including assessment reports, business cases, and transformation roadmaps.

Manage client interactions and serve as a trusted advisor.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and timely delivery.

Support business development activities and proposal creation for People Consulting opportunities.

Stay current with market trends and best practices in human capital and workforce transformation.

A Master of Business Administration (MBA) is required for this role.

We are seeking candidates with 3 to 5 years of experience in HR consulting, talent transformation, organization design, or workforce strategy.

Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in handling large datasets.

Demonstrate experience in designing and implementing talent, career, performance, or workforce transformation solutions.

Exhibit excellent stakeholder management and executive communication capabilities.

Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and data-driven storytelling is essential.

Ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively in a fast-paced consulting setting.
