Develop strong consulting capabilities in Talent Management, Organization Design, and Learning solutions. Analyze workforce and organizational needs, translating them into actionable recommendations.

Support HR transformation initiatives and talent-related process design within consulting engagements. Assess current talent processes and design improved future-state operating models.

Possess a PG Diploma in Human Resource Management. Demonstrate expertise in Talent Management.
