- Leading project management initiatives and providing policy and regulatory advisory support. - Designing investment promotion activities and preparing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for exploration and mineral administration. - Driving the clarification of requirements for various project reports and deliverables. - Integrating business-specific needs into technical solution designs and providing accurate effort estimates. - Contributing to the development of functional specifications from a technical design viewpoint. - Developing insightful reports and visualizations based on technical solution designs. - Executing prototyping and Proof of Concepts (POCs) to address requirement definition and technical design challenges. - Performing unit testing, managing defect resolution, and providing hypercare support.

To excel in this role, you will bring a broad perspective and a deep understanding of client issues within the metals and mining industry. Key qualifications and skills include:

- Proven experience working with clients or within the mining and metals sector, focusing on areas such as Business and Corporate Strategy, Operations Improvement, Cost Reduction, Market Assessment, Digital Interventions, or Bid Advisory. - Strong communication and presentation skills are essential for effective stakeholder engagement. - An MBA, particularly with a specialization in Mining, would be a significant advantage. - Experience in technical solution design, report development, and testing methodologies is crucial. - The ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and collaborate effectively within project teams is expected.
