We are seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM), Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Facilities Management, Real Estate Management, and Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS). You will be instrumental in leading solution design, implementation, integration, and transformation projects across leading ALM platforms.

Ideal candidates possess robust functional and technical capabilities, coupled with familiarity in cutting-edge technologies such as Generative AI, AI Agents, Intelligent Automation, and Digital Asset Management solutions.

Translate complex business requirements into effective ALM solution designs.

Configure, implement, and customize ALM/EAM/IWMS platforms, ensuring seamless integration and ongoing support.

Contribute to crucial upgrades, migrations, cloud transformations, and modernization efforts.

Develop sophisticated workflows, business rules, integrations, reports, dashboards, and custom applications to meet client needs.

Manage and optimize the full asset lifecycle, from planning and acquisition through operations, maintenance, compliance, and decommissioning.

Collaborate effectively with clients, stakeholders, architects, and development teams throughout project lifecycles.

Conduct thorough solution testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.

Participate in critical data migration, system integration, and API development activities.

Explore and integrate emerging technologies like GenAI, Agentic AI, predictive analytics, and automation into asset management strategies.

Contribute to the development of best practices, solution documentation, and knowledge sharing within the team.

Demonstrate 6-10 years of hands-on experience with Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM), Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS), Facilities Management, or related Asset Management platforms.

Possess practical experience with one or more leading platforms such as IBM Maximo, IBM TRIRIGA, IFS, IPS Energy, SAP EAM, Archibus, Planon, or ServiceNow.

Exhibit a deep understanding of core processes including Asset, Maintenance, Facilities, Energy, Space, Lease, or Real Estate Management.

Have proven experience with integrations and APIs, including REST and SOAP.

Showcase strong technical proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript, SQL, or comparable technologies.

Familiarity with major cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, GCP, or IBM Cloud is essential.

Understand and apply Agile delivery methodologies in project execution.

Possess excellent stakeholder management and communication skills for effective client interaction.

Experience with Generative AI, AI Agents, Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, or IBM watsonx is highly valued.

A Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with any ALM-related platform certification, is required.

Experience in executing large-scale enterprise transformation programs is a significant advantage.

Exposure to industries such as Utilities, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Real Estate, Facilities, or Infrastructure is beneficial.
