Lead requirements gathering workshops and design/implement CCH Tagetik solutions to meet business objectives. Configure crucial elements like data models, workflows, business rules, forms, and reports. Support end-to-end project lifecycles, from design through deployment, focusing on financial consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A.

Key duties also include designing data integrations with ERP systems, performing data validation, and developing comprehensive financial reports and dashboards. You will manage project timelines, participate in architecture discussions, and collaborate with diverse teams to ensure successful delivery. Post-implementation, provide support for UAT, training, and hypercare, alongside resolving production issues and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is required. Candidates should possess 4-8 years of experience in CPM/EPM implementations, with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on CCH Tagetik experience. Proven experience in at least two full-cycle Tagetik implementation projects is essential. A strong understanding of financial and accounting processes is crucial for success in this role.

Preferred qualifications include certifications such as CA, CPA, CMA, or an MBA in Finance. CCH Tagetik certification and experience with global finance transformation projects are highly advantageous. Familiarity with ERP platforms like SAP, Oracle, S/4HANA, or Workday is also beneficial. Proficiency in SQL, ETL processes, and data integration is expected.
