Join our Enterprise Technology and Products team as a Senior Consultant, specializing in Oracle security and risk management within cloud environments. You will play a pivotal role in driving functional excellence and innovation for our clients.

This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge Oracle cloud security solutions and contribute to significant client projects. You will be instrumental in shaping robust security and risk management strategies.

Lead comprehensive functional discovery sessions and workshops focused on Identity and Access Management (IAM). Translate complex business needs into detailed functional requirements and clear acceptance criteria.

Deeply understand core IAM concepts, including Authentication, Authorization, and Multi-Factor Authentication. Possess a thorough knowledge of user lifecycle management, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and segregation of duties principles.

Collaborate closely with architects and integration teams to define design impacts and dependencies. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution, ensuring clarity on test scenarios and sign-off criteria. Drive end-to-end traceability of requirements throughout the entire delivery lifecycle.

A minimum of 5 years of experience is required as an Oracle Identity and Access Management Subject Matter Expert, with a strong emphasis on integration capabilities with Active Directory, databases, and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).

Possess a good understanding of Java, SQL, and REST API technologies. Demonstrated experience in leading requirements elicitation and specification for intricate functional domains is essential.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with strong communication skills, are critical for this role. The ability to foster strong collaboration across diverse business and technical stakeholders is paramount. Prior exposure to the testing lifecycle and UAT execution is preferred.
