Lead the end-to-end implementation and configuration of Oracle EPBCS/PBCS applications. This includes developing strong expertise in planning, budgeting, and forecasting business processes. You will be responsible for hands-on application configuration, including setting up business rules, forms, dashboards, reports, and integrations.

Collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders to deeply understand their business processes and requirements. Translate these complex business needs into clear, actionable functional and technical specifications. You will also provide critical ongoing application support and maintenance for Oracle EPBCS/PBCS environments, troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently.

Provide essential support and maintenance for Oracle EPBCS/PBCS environments, including troubleshooting and timely resolution of functional and technical issues. Ensure optimal performance and reliability through system updates, patches, and upgrades. Support users effectively during crucial planning cycles, month-end, and year-end activities.

Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, adept at explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Possess excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities with a keen eye for detail.
