This role seeks experienced HR professionals with a solid foundation in HR consulting, HR transformation, workforce strategy, talent management, and business process enhancement. Ideal candidates will have a background in HR advisory, HRBP, People Consulting, or HR transformation projects and are eager to deepen their expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM.

The selected individual will utilize their HR functional and advisory experience to contribute to Oracle Cloud HCM implementation and transformation initiatives. Comprehensive Oracle Cloud HCM product training will be provided as part of this exciting opportunity.

Collaborate closely with clients to analyze their HR processes, identify key business challenges, and propose effective process improvements and workforce transformation solutions.

Lead requirement-gathering workshops, translating complex business needs into scalable HR process designs and detailed system requirements.

Support critical HR functions including Talent Management, Workforce Planning, Recruitment, Performance Management, and Organizational Effectiveness.

Work in tandem with business stakeholders to advance HR transformation programs, establish robust governance frameworks, and manage change effectively.

Participate actively in Oracle Cloud HCM implementation projects, contributing to solution design, testing phases, user adoption strategies, and ongoing process optimization.

A minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience is required in HR Consulting, HR Transformation, HRBP roles, Talent Management, Workforce Planning, or People Advisory Services.

Demonstrated experience working with consulting firms, GCCs, BFSI, Logistics, Manufacturing sectors, or other large enterprises is essential.

A strong understanding of core HR processes and comprehensive employee lifecycle management is necessary.

Exposure to HR audits, HR governance, organizational effectiveness, talent strategy development, succession planning, performance management, or recruitment transformation initiatives is highly beneficial.

Proven ability to conduct effective stakeholder workshops and present strategic recommendations to leadership teams.

Possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication capabilities.

Demonstrate the ability to effectively translate business requirements into practical process solutions.

A Bachelor’s degree, Post Graduation Diploma, or Master’s Degree in any discipline is required.
