This role involves a Senior Consultant position focused on HR Transformation utilizing Oracle Fusion.

The position requires extensive experience in Oracle Cloud HCM Talent Management, including specific certifications.

Key responsibilities revolve around guiding clients through process implementation and system adoption.

Lead workshops to define and optimize business processes, advising clients on best practices for adopting Oracle Cloud Talent Management.

Configure core Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management modules such as Goals & Performance, Succession Planning, Talent Pools, Talent Reviews, Career Development, and Profile Management.

Provide comprehensive support throughout all project phases, including testing, production cutover, and post-go-live activities.

Contribute to data migration efforts and collaborate with the integration team to build, configure, and test integrations with third-party solutions.

Develop functional design documents and deliver end-user training to HR teams, managers, and employees to ensure effective system utilization.

A minimum of 7 years of experience is required, along with certification in Oracle Cloud HCM Talent Management.

Possess strong written and oral communication, team handling, analytical, and presentation skills.

Demonstrate a commitment to meeting project deadlines and delivering high-quality outcomes.

Stay current with Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management updates and proactively recommend system enhancements.
