Seeking a Senior Consultant with expertise in Oracle Fusion and HR Transformation to join our team in Bengaluru. This role involves leveraging your in-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM modules to drive impactful HR solutions.

As a key member of our consulting practice, you will guide clients through complex HR system implementations and optimizations. Your contributions will be critical in shaping the future of HR processes through innovative technology solutions.

Lead and execute multiple full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Cloud HCM modules, focusing on Core HR, Absence Management, and Time & Labor (OTL).

Conduct thorough business process analysis, define requirements, and design effective solutions aligned with best practices.

Manage all project phases, including client demonstrations, workshops, requirement gathering, configuration, CRPs, testing, UAT, cutover, and go-live support.

Develop and implement complex Fast Formulas for Absence and OTL, and utilize Page Personalization for customizations.

Stay abreast of Oracle Core HR updates, assess their impact, and recommend system enhancements.

A minimum of 5 years of experience and certification in Oracle Cloud HCM modules (Core HR, Absence, OTL) is mandatory.

Demonstrated experience with 4 or more full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Cloud HCM modules.

Proven track record in delivering Oracle Cloud HCM solutions, with extensive expertise in business process analysis, requirement definition, and solution design.

Strong understanding of HR business processes, cross-pillar dependencies, and application functionalities.

Excellent communication skills and prior experience in client-facing roles are essential.

Proficiency in implementing Absence module features like Absence Types, Plans, Accrual Logics, Validations, Restrictions, and Approval Workflows.

Expertise in OTL module functionalities including Timecards, Layouts, Processing Profiles, and Approval Workflows.

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in any field.
