Seeking an experienced Senior Consultant specializing in Oracle Fusion, specifically the Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) module. This role is crucial for driving HR transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess end-to-end implementation expertise and a deep understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud functionalities.

This position requires a hands-on approach with a strong grasp of industry best practices and emerging features within the Oracle HCM ecosystem. You will be instrumental in translating business needs into effective system configurations.

Key responsibilities include designing, building, and configuring the Oracle Recruiting Cloud module to perfectly align with organizational recruitment and onboarding processes. You will manage all project phases, from client workshops and requirement gathering through to configuration, testing, go-live, and ongoing support.

Responsibilities also involve the design and implementation of comprehensive recruiting workflows, encompassing job requisitions, candidate management, interview coordination, and offer processing. Staying abreast of Oracle Recruiting Cloud updates is essential for continuous process improvement.
