Join our team as a Senior Consultant specializing in Oracle Fusion Benefits. This role focuses on leading the design, implementation, and ongoing support of comprehensive benefits administration solutions within our Oracle Fusion HCM environment. We are looking for a candidate with a robust background in benefits configuration, process enhancement, and team leadership, possessing extensive experience in managing end-to-end benefits modules.

This position offers the opportunity to drive critical HR transformation initiatives and ensure our benefits programs are effectively managed and optimized.

You will spearhead the configuration, customization, and deployment of the Oracle Fusion Benefits Module to align with organizational needs. Key responsibilities include collaborating with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to refine benefits processes and workflows, providing expert guidance on benefits plan setup, eligibility rules, open enrollment, life events, and reporting.

Further duties involve managing system updates, patches, and continuous improvement projects for the benefits module. You will also conduct training sessions, troubleshoot complex issues, ensure policy compliance, and coordinate with external stakeholders and vendors. Developing thorough documentation, test cases, and process flows is also a core part of this role.

The ideal candidate brings 5-8 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM, with a specific emphasis on the Benefits Module. Demonstrable success in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Benefits solutions is essential. A strong grasp of benefits administration principles, policies, and regulatory compliance is required.

We are seeking individuals with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication capabilities, who can effectively lead projects and collaborate across various teams. While not mandatory, Oracle Fusion certifications in HCM are considered a valuable asset. A graduate or postgraduate degree is preferred.
