Join our HR Transformation team as a Senior Consultant, specializing in Oracle Fusion Absence and OTL modules. You will play a crucial role in designing and implementing innovative HR solutions for our clients.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in HR technology and contribute to significant client projects, driving positive change within their organizations.

Engage in all project phases, from client workshops and requirement gathering to configuration, testing, and go-live support. You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality outcomes on time and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include implementing and configuring Oracle Fusion Absence and OTL modules, including absence types, accrual logics, and timecard workflows. You will also personalize and customize pages, develop complex Fast Formulas, and provide end-user training and support.

We are seeking a Senior Consultant with a minimum of 3 years of experience and a certification in Oracle Cloud HCM modules (Core HR, Absence, OTL). A proven track record of at least four full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Cloud HCM is essential.

Ideal candidates possess a strong understanding of HR business processes, cross-pillar dependencies, and application functionalities. Excellent communication skills and prior client-facing experience are required. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field is expected.
