Join our HR Transformation Team as a Senior Consultant specializing in Oracle Fusion Absence. You will play a key role in designing and implementing innovative HR solutions for our clients. This position offers the opportunity to build strong client relationships and deliver impactful outcomes.

We are looking for experienced professionals to contribute to our Human Capital practice, leveraging analytics and industry insights to drive HR and talent priorities. This role is crucial for enhancing client HR operations and processes.

Drive all project phases, including client demos, workshops, requirements gathering, analysis, design, configuration, CRPs, validation, transition, testing, UAT, cutover, go-live, and support. Ensure timely project completion and high-quality deliverables.

Implement and configure Oracle Fusion Absence module functionalities such as Absence Types, Absence Plans, Absence Accrual Logics, Validations, Restrictions, and Approval Workflows. Implement OTL module features including Timecards, Timecard Layouts, Processing Profiles, and Approval Workflows.

Customize and personalize Oracle Fusion pages. Develop complex Fast Formulas for Absence and OTL modules. Stay updated with Oracle Core HR updates, assess impacts, and recommend system improvements. Provide end-user support and training.

A minimum of 3 years of experience and certification in Oracle Cloud HCM modules, specifically Core HR, Absence, and OTL, is required. Proven experience with at least 4 full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Cloud HCM modules is essential.

Demonstrate a strong track record in delivering Oracle Cloud HCM modules, with extensive experience in business process analysis, requirement definition, and solution design. Possess a deep understanding of HR best practices, cross-pillar dependencies, and related application functionalities.

Excellent communication skills and prior experience in client-facing roles are necessary. A Bachelor’s, Post-Graduation Diploma, or Master’s Degree in any field is required.
