Join our Finance Transformation team as a Senior Consultant specializing in Oracle FCCS. This role is instrumental in driving functional excellence and innovation within enterprise technology. You will leverage your expertise to enhance financial reporting and consolidation processes for our clients.

You will lead end-to-end Oracle FCCS implementations, from initial requirements gathering through go-live and ongoing support. Key duties include configuring FCCS applications to meet specific business and financial consolidation needs. You will also design and develop critical components such as metadata, data integration, load rules, mappings, currency translation, ownership management, intercompany eliminations, and consolidation processes. Developing business rules, calculations, forms, dashboards, and reports is also a core part of this role. Collaboration with stakeholders to understand their financial reporting requirements and supporting validation, UAT, and deployment are essential.

A graduate degree in a relevant field such as B.Tech, B.E., B.Com, B.Sc., BCA, MCA, or MBA Finance is required. We are seeking candidates with 5-8 years of comprehensive experience in Oracle EPM solutions, with a pronounced focus on Oracle FCCS. Proven success in at least two full Oracle FCCS implementation projects is essential. Hands-on expertise in FCCS, Data Management (FDMEE/Data Integration), source-to-target mappings, financial consolidation, intercompany eliminations, currency translation, metadata management, and business rules/calculations is critical. A strong grasp of financial reporting, consolidation, and close processes, coupled with excellent client-facing and communication abilities, is expected.
