Join our Enterprise Technology & Performance team as a Senior Consultant, driving functional excellence and innovation in finance transformation. This role focuses on delivering impactful Oracle FCCS implementation projects, leveraging your expertise to enhance long-term growth and operational efficiency.

We are seeking a dynamic individual to lead and contribute to end-to-end Oracle FCCS implementations. You will play a crucial role in translating business needs into robust functional and technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration and reporting capabilities.

Key responsibilities include leading Oracle FCCS implementation projects, from initial requirement gathering to final deployment and support. You will be responsible for configuring and developing various FCCS components, including metadata, business rules, consolidations, intercompany eliminations, currency translations, and cash flow automation.

Additionally, you will design and support data integrations using Data Management/FDMEE and ERP systems. Supporting statutory, management, IFRS, and multi-GAAP reporting is essential. You will also perform testing, deployment, and hypercare activities, mentoring junior consultants and collaborating with global teams. Project management, status reporting, and client communication are vital aspects of this role.

This role requires 3-6 years of experience in Oracle FCCS implementation projects, with strong knowledge of Oracle EPM Suite 11.x or Oracle FCCS Cloud. Expertise in consolidation processes, intercompany eliminations, currency translation, and financial/cash flow reporting is mandatory.

Candidates must have hands-on experience developing metadata, business rules, dashboards, web forms, and data reconciliations. A solid understanding of financial consolidation, balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, IFRS, and multi-GAAP reporting is expected. Experience in Finance Transformation and EPM implementations is crucial. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
