Lead the design and implementation of Oracle EPBCS/PBCS solutions, configuring and customizing them to meet specific business needs. Develop and maintain models, templates, workflows, security settings, dashboards, and reports within the Oracle EPM suite, utilizing business rules and Groovy scripting.

Collaborate closely with clients to understand their financial processes, translate requirements into technical specifications, and offer insights for process improvement. Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for Oracle EPBCS/PBCS applications, ensuring system efficiency through regular updates.

Conduct end-user training sessions and develop comprehensive system documentation. Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams, including finance and IT, and effectively manage stakeholder expectations to ensure successful solution delivery.

Proven experience in implementing and configuring Oracle EPBCS/PBCS solutions is essential. Proficiency in developing models, templates, workflows, security, dashboards, and reports is required, along with experience in business rules and Groovy scripting.

Strong business analysis skills are needed to understand client processes and translate requirements into functional and technical specifications. The ability to provide insightful recommendations for financial planning and budgeting processes is highly valued.

Experience with Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC) functionalities such as Project Planning & Scheduling, Portfolio Management, Resource Management, Risk Management, and Program Management is a significant advantage. Excellent collaboration and communication skills are necessary to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
