This senior consultant role focuses on the end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS). The position requires a deep understanding of financial close processes and reconciliation strategies.

Responsibilities include configuring ARCS, designing automated solutions, and integrating the system with various ERP and EPM platforms. The consultant will manage data loads, support financial close activities, and ensure smooth system operations through testing and defect resolution.

Key duties involve developing comprehensive documentation, troubleshooting application issues, and collaborating with finance, accounting, audit, and IT teams. The role also entails leading client discussions, mentoring junior staff, and driving process improvements within the ARCS environment.

Lead the full lifecycle of Oracle ARCS implementations and provide ongoing system support.

Gather and meticulously document business requirements for financial reconciliation and closing processes.

Configure and customize Reconciliation Compliance, Transaction Matching, profiles, formats, and workflows within ARCS.

Develop and implement sophisticated automated account reconciliation and matching solutions.

Ensure seamless integration of ARCS with Oracle ERP, EPM Cloud, SAP, and other critical source systems.

Manage all aspects of data loading, mapping, validation, and reconciliation balance management.

Provide essential support for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close activities.

Execute system testing, coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), manage defect resolution, and provide robust production support.

Create detailed functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and user guides.

Proactively troubleshoot application issues and deliver timely solutions to business users.

Collaborate closely with finance, accounting, audit, and IT stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Maintain compliance with governance, risk management, and audit requirements.

Lead client-facing discussions, workshops, and deliver clear status reports.

Mentor junior consultants, offering technical and functional guidance.

Champion continuous process improvement and automation initiatives within the ARCS platform.

Proven experience in leading end-to-end implementations and support of Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS).

Strong ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for reconciliation and financial close processes.

Proficiency in configuring Reconciliation Compliance, Transaction Matching, profiles, formats, and workflows.

Expertise in designing and implementing automated account reconciliation and matching solutions.

Experience integrating ARCS with Oracle ERP, EPM Cloud, SAP, and other source systems.
