Seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to lead Oracle EPM implementations and support. This role focuses on Finance Transformation and Business Finance, based in Ahmedabad, India. You will be instrumental in guiding clients through complex financial close and reconciliation processes.

This position involves end-to-end ownership of Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) projects. You'll work directly with stakeholders to align financial processes with business objectives and ensure robust governance and compliance.

As a senior member of the team, you will also mentor junior consultants, drive process improvements, and contribute to automation initiatives. Your expertise will be key to delivering successful outcomes and fostering continuous development within the practice.

Lead full lifecycle implementations and support for Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS).

Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements for financial reconciliation and close processes.

Configure ARCS modules, including Reconciliation Compliance and Transaction Matching, along with associated profiles, formats, and workflows.

Design and implement automated solutions for account reconciliation and transaction matching.

Manage the integration of ARCS with core systems like Oracle ERP, EPM Cloud, and SAP.

Oversee data loads, mappings, validations, and reconciliation balance management.

Provide critical support for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing activities.

Execute system testing, coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), resolve defects, and offer production support.

Develop comprehensive functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and user guides.

Troubleshoot application issues and deliver timely, effective resolutions to business users.

Collaborate with finance, accounting, audit, and IT teams to achieve business goals.

Ensure adherence to governance, risk management, and audit requirements.

Lead client discussions, workshops, and deliver clear status reporting.

Mentor junior consultants, offering both technical and functional guidance.

Proven experience in leading end-to-end implementations and support of Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS).

Strong ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for reconciliation and financial close processes.

Proficiency in configuring Reconciliation Compliance, Transaction Matching, profiles, formats, and workflows within ARCS.

Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing automated account reconciliation and matching solutions.

Familiarity with integrating ARCS with Oracle ERP, EPM Cloud, SAP, and other source systems.

Experience in managing data loads, mappings, validations, and reconciliation balances.

Solid understanding of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close activities.

Experience with system testing, UAT coordination, defect resolution, and production support.

Ability to develop functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and user guides.

Skilled in troubleshooting application issues and providing timely resolutions.

Excellent collaboration skills with finance, accounting, audit, and IT stakeholders.

Experience in leading client discussions, workshops, and status reporting.

Ability to mentor junior consultants and provide technical/functional guidance.
