Join our esteemed team as a Senior Consultant specializing in Oracle EPBCS. This role is pivotal in driving finance transformation and enhancing business finance capabilities. You will leverage your expertise to design, develop, and optimize advanced planning solutions, playing a key role in our Enterprise Technology & Performance practice.

As a Senior Consultant, you will architect and build robust EPBCS models, business rules, and dashboards tailored to specific business needs. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, you'll translate complex planning processes into scalable, effective solutions. Your responsibilities extend to the full project lifecycle, from initial requirement gathering and design through development, testing, deployment, and post-launch support. You'll also focus on model optimization, troubleshooting, and ensuring adherence to EPM best practices, while developing crucial integrations with other systems.

We are seeking a seasoned professional with 5-8 years of dedicated experience in EPM model building and implementation, particularly with EPBCS. Demonstrable hands-on experience with EPBCS dimensions, lists, hierarchies, forms, and workflow is essential. A strong grasp of planning processes, including FP&A, Supply Chain, Workforce, and Sales Planning, is required. Proven ability in solution design, requirement analysis, testing, and stakeholder management, coupled with excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills, will make you a strong candidate. An "Any Graduate" qualification is a prerequisite for this role.
