Spearhead end-to-end application migrations from PCF to KOB, meticulously assessing existing architectures and defining robust migration strategies. You will identify dependencies, risks, and challenges, developing detailed plans and execution roadmaps. This role involves defining target-state architectures for cloud-native environments, optimizing applications for Kubernetes, and guiding development teams through code remediation and deployment.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with Cloud Architects and Platform Teams on deployment standards, troubleshooting technical roadblocks, and ensuring adherence to coding and deployment best practices. You'll also work closely with DevOps teams on containerization, Kubernetes deployments, and CI/CD pipeline reviews. Furthermore, coordinating migration testing, validating application readiness, and managing stakeholder communications are crucial aspects of this position.

We are seeking a seasoned professional with 8-12 years of IT experience, including at least 3 years in a Technical Lead capacity. A strong background in cloud migration or application modernization initiatives is essential, complemented by extensive experience with Java-based enterprise applications and Agile delivery methodologies.

Candidates should possess a deep understanding of application technologies such as Java Microservices and Spring Boot, alongside expertise in cloud and container technologies including Kubernetes and Docker.
