As a Senior Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions. You will collaborate with diverse teams to deliver a robust product roadmap and mentor junior engineers. Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure software solutions for our SaaS product in a multi-cloud environment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, architects, and other engineers, to define and deliver the product roadmap. Implement clean, efficient, and maintainable code using Java, Spring Boot, Angular 9+/React.js. Ensure the software meets the highest standards of quality, performance, and reliability. Troubleshoot and debug issues across the entire software stack, from front-end to back-end systems. Optimize the application for maximum speed, scalability, and efficiency. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers. Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployment and monitoring of the application on various cloud platforms.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.

Proven experience as a Senior JAVA Full Stack and cloud-native Software Engineer, preferably in SaaS product development within a multi-cloud environment.

Key technical proficiencies include: - Backend: Java 8+, Spring Boot, Microservice architecture, JPA, JMS, Kafka. - Frontend: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, with experience in Angular 9+ (or React.js). - Cloud Technologies: AWS, Microsoft Azure, or SAP Cloud Platform. - Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes. - Databases: Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.

Additional qualifications include: - Solid grasp of Data Structures and Algorithms. - Experience in Agile development methodologies, Git, CI/CD, and DevOps practices. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues. - Knowledge of AI technologies, Agentic AI, AI assisted coding is a plus. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
