Implement, configure, and provide robust support for Oracle EBS Procurement modules, including Purchasing (PO), iProcurement (iProc), Supplier Management, and ASL. You will manage the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle, meticulously gathering and analyzing business requirements to translate them into effective Oracle EBS solutions.

Configure essential procurement setups like purchasing options, approval hierarchies, requisition and purchase order types, and sourcing rules. Ensure seamless integration of Procurement with other critical modules such as Inventory (INV), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), and iExpenses. Prepare comprehensive functional documentation (BRD, MD050, setup documents, test scripts) and conduct thorough testing, including unit testing, system testing, UAT support, and production deployment.

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS Procurement modules and a strong command of Procure-to-Pay business processes. A solid understanding of Oracle EBS R12 is preferred. You should possess knowledge of Approvals Management (AME), workflows, and security roles, with proven experience in multi-org environments.

Exceptional communication, analytical, and documentation skills are essential for this role. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field is required. You will collaborate effectively with technical teams on RICEFW objects, troubleshoot procurement and supplier-related issues, ensure compliance with internal controls and policies, and provide vital end-user training and post-go-live support.
