As a Senior Consultant, you will meticulously gather and analyze business requirements for account reconciliations and financial close. You will perform fit-gap analyses, recommending Oracle ARCS best practices to optimize processes. Key responsibilities include configuring ARCS modules such as Reconciliation Compliance, Transaction Matching, and Period Close Compliance, alongside designing reconciliation profiles, formats, workflows, and approval processes. Additionally, you will configure transaction matching rules and auto-certification processes to enhance efficiency.

The ideal candidate possesses a strong command of Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS), including Reconciliation Compliance and Transaction Matching. Proficiency in Oracle EPM Cloud, Data Integration/Data Management, and Smart View is essential. A deep understanding of Financial Close Processes, General Ledger and Balance Sheet Reconciliations, and Financial Controls and Compliance is required. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are crucial for collaborating with diverse teams and facilitating workshops. Experience with 1-3 Oracle ARCS implementation projects is preferred, as is knowledge of other Oracle EPM products.
