Join our dynamic team as a Senior Consultant specializing in Oracle ARCS, focusing on Finance Transformation and Business Finance. This role is pivotal in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) solutions.

You will collaborate closely with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams to drive automation in reconciliation processes, enhance financial controls, and optimize the overall financial close cycle.

Key responsibilities include gathering and analyzing business requirements for account reconciliations and financial close. You will perform fit-gap analysis, recommending ARCS best practices for modules like Reconciliation Compliance, Transaction Matching, and Period Close Compliance.

Technical duties involve configuring Data Integration/Data Management, developing integrations with various ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, etc.), and managing application security and migrations. You will also execute monthly maintenance, enhancements, and provide production support, alongside preparing design documents and supporting testing phases.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems, complemented by professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, CMA, or an MBA in Finance. A proven track record of 1-3 Oracle ARCS implementation projects is essential.

Essential skills include expertise in Oracle ARCS, Reconciliation Compliance, Transaction Matching, Oracle EPM Cloud, Data Integration, Smart View, and a solid understanding of Financial Close Processes, General Ledger, Balance Sheet Reconciliations, and Financial Controls. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills are also a must.
