This role is crucial for driving functional excellence and innovation by leading the design and implementation of scalable OneStream Corporate Performance Management (CPM) solutions. You will collaborate closely with business and IT stakeholders, leveraging your expertise to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Lead comprehensive OneStream implementations encompassing consolidation, planning, and reporting functionalities. Translate intricate business requirements into robust and scalable OneStream solution designs. Develop and implement advanced business rules, workflows, and secure access models. Build and optimize insightful reports, dashboards, and analytical views for enhanced decision-making. Oversee data integration processes, including design, development, and rigorous validation. Provide technical mentorship and review deliverables from junior consultants. Support all phases of the project lifecycle, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment, post-go-live stabilization, and ongoing enhancements.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems is required. Possess 2-9 years of experience in CPM/EPM consulting or implementation. Demonstrate strong, hands-on experience with OneStream implementations; certification is a plus. Exhibit a deep understanding of financial close, consolidation, and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) processes. Showcase excellent client communication and effective stakeholder management skills.
