Join our Enterprise Technology & Performance team as a Senior Consultant specializing in Finance Transformation. This role focuses on leveraging the OneStream platform to drive functional excellence and innovation in business finance. You will be instrumental in designing, configuring, and implementing robust financial solutions that enhance long-term growth and operational efficiency.

Design, configure, and implement OneStream applications aligned with business needs. Develop and maintain critical components like metadata, dimensions, workflows, business rules, and security models. Create comprehensive reporting solutions including Cube Views, dashboards, and data management tools. Actively participate in solution architecture discussions, advocating for best practices. Support application lifecycle management, including upgrades, enhancements, and optimization initiatives.

Key responsibilities span Financial Consolidation & Reporting, Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting, Data Integration & Automation, Client & Stakeholder Management, and full Project Delivery cycles. This includes gathering requirements, designing solutions, development, testing, deployment, and hypercare support, ensuring accurate and efficient financial operations.

A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. We seek candidates with 5-8 years of experience in EPM/CPM platforms, specifically demonstrating strong hands-on OneStream implementation or support project experience. A solid understanding of Financial Consolidation, Financial Close, Planning & Forecasting, Budgeting, and Management Reporting is essential.

Candidates must possess a strong grasp of finance and accounting principles, coupled with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Technical proficiency in the OneStream XF Platform, including Business Rules, Workflow Configuration, Metadata Management, Cube Views, Dashboards, Data Management, and Security Administration is crucial. Experience with SQL Server, ETL Processes, Data Warehousing Concepts, API Integrations, and Data Reconciliation is also necessary.
