Lead and mentor a team of integration developers, guiding them towards successful project completion. Coordinate team efforts to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of project milestones. Provide technical leadership, offering guidance on best practices and solution design. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather project requirements and translate them into actionable technical specifications. Develop comprehensive project plans, manage resources effectively, and ensure adherence to timelines and deliverables.

Possess strong expertise in designing and implementing integration solutions using Oracle OIC, SOA Suite, and Oracle Managed File Transfer (OMFT). Demonstrate hands-on experience with middleware technologies, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle SOA Suite (11g/12c), and large-scale enterprise system integrations. Minimum 1+ years of practical experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle SOA Suite 12c, Oracle BPEL, Oracle Mediator, Oracle Business Rules, and Oracle Service Bus 12c (OSB/ESB). Familiarity with security protocols like OAuth 2.0, Basic Authentication, and SSL is essential. Experience in designing scalable, high-performing integrations, and implementing reusability through libraries and templates. Proficiency in handling data integration solutions involving SOAP, REST, XML, JSON, XQuery, and XSLT. Knowledge of Oracle Database or similar SQL, Oracle SOA Suite Policy framework, and Oracle MDS is required. Familiarity with Agile Development methodologies and the full software development lifecycle is crucial. Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills are expected.
