Lead and mentor a team of integration developers, guiding them towards successful project completion.

Collaborate closely with product managers and business analysts to translate complex project requirements into effective technical strategies.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performing software applications, adhering to stringent coding standards and best practices.

Conduct thorough code reviews to uphold code quality, optimize performance, and ensure adherence to architectural guidelines.

Troubleshoot and resolve intricate technical challenges, working collaboratively to implement sustainable solutions and drive continuous improvement.

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field is required, with qualifications such as BE, BTech, or MCA being ideal.

Possess strong experience in designing and implementing integration solutions using Oracle OIC, SOA Suite, and Oracle Managed File Transfer (OMFT). Expertise in middleware technologies, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle SOA Suite (11g/12c), and large-scale enterprise system integration is essential.

Demonstrate at least 1 year of hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle SOA Suite 12c, Oracle BPEL, Oracle Mediator, Oracle Business Rules, and Oracle Service Bus 12c (OSB/ESB), along with proficiency in MFT.

Solid understanding of authentication methods like OAuth 2.0, Basic Authentication, and SSL, coupled with experience in designing scalable integrations, implementing reusability, and working with cloud-to-cloud and cloud-to-on-premises OIC integrations.

Proficiency in data integration techniques, including SOAP and REST, with expertise in XML, JSON, XQuery, and XSLT. Familiarity with SOA Composites, BPEL Orchestration, Oracle Database, SQL, Oracle SOA Suite Policy framework, Oracle MDS, JDeveloper, Data Access Architecture, and Oracle WebLogic is expected. Experience in Agile environments and full software development life cycle knowledge are crucial.
