Lead and mentor a team of developers, coordinating efforts for project success. Provide expert technical guidance and support to team members. Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project requirements. Develop comprehensive project plans, manage timelines, and allocate resources effectively. Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance software applications, adhering to best practices. Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to standards. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges, working collaboratively to find optimal solutions. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices, recommending process improvements.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field is required, with qualifications such as BE, B.Tech, or MCA highly preferred. Must possess significant experience in designing and implementing integration solutions using Oracle OIC, SOA Suite, and Oracle Managed File Transfer (OMFT). Hands-on expertise in middleware technologies, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle SOA Suite (11g/12c), MFT, and large-scale enterprise system integration is essential. Demonstrated experience of at least 1+ years with Oracle OIC, Oracle SOA Suite 12c, Oracle BPEL, Oracle Mediator, Oracle Business Rules, and Oracle Service Bus 12c (OSB/ESB). Proficiency in OAuth 2.0, Basic Authentication, SSL, and designing scalable, high-performing integrations is expected. Experience with cloud-to-cloud and cloud-to-on-premises OIC integrations, and implementing reusability with libraries and templates. Familiarity with data integration solutions (SOAP/REST) using XML/JSON/XQuery/XSLT, and SOA Composites with BPEL Orchestration. Proficiency in Oracle Database or similar SQL, understanding of Oracle SOA Suite Policy framework, Oracle MDS, JDeveloper, Data Access Architecture, and Oracle WebLogic. Working knowledge of Agile environments and the full software development lifecycle is mandatory. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills are vital for this role.
