This role involves partnering with Business and IT teams to implement, support, and enhance Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA). You will be responsible for leading the submission of Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Design Documents across various OFSAA modules. The position requires translating regulatory requirements into actionable system logic and developing comprehensive test cases. Ensuring accuracy in System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) is crucial, along with validating outputs for regulatory compliance.

You will also be involved in writing and optimizing SQL queries for data validation and sanity checks, maintaining data integrity and consistency across OFSAA modules. Contributions to data models, ETL processes, and reporting layers are also expected.

Collaborate closely with Business and IT stakeholders to successfully implement, maintain, and improve OFSAA functionalities.

Lead the creation and submission of all necessary BRDs and Design Documents for different OFSAA modules.

Translate complex regulatory mandates into practical system logic and meticulously craft robust test cases.

Execute SIT/UAT cycles, thoroughly validate system outputs, and guarantee adherence to all regulatory standards.

Develop and refine SQL queries to ensure data accuracy and perform critical sanity checks.

Uphold and enhance data integrity and consistency throughout all OFSAA modules.

Actively contribute to the development of data models, efficient ETL pipelines, and insightful reporting structures.

We are seeking experienced professionals with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Risk, Finance, or Regulatory Reporting teams within Banking or Upper Layer NBFC environments.

A strong background as a CA or Engineer, coupled with an MBA in Finance and significant exposure to Liquidity Risk or Asset Liability Management (ALM), is highly valued.

Demonstrated experience of over 5 years in OFSAA/SAS implementation or management is essential.

Proficiency in SQL and strong data analysis skills are a must.

Previous experience working with auditors and regulators, with RBI exposure being a significant advantage.

Exceptional communication and documentation abilities are required.

Familiarity with OFSAA LRM Regulatory modules is preferred.

Relevant certifications in Oracle, PL/SQL, or OFSAA are a plus.
