Join a dynamic team as a Senior Consultant, specializing in OFSAA EPM solutions in Mumbai. This role is pivotal in driving functional excellence and innovation within our enterprise technology division. You will collaborate closely with business and IT stakeholders to implement, support, and enhance critical OFSAA modules, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and business objectives. Your expertise will be instrumental in translating complex financial and risk regulations into effective system logic and robust testing strategies.

Lead the development and submission of Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Design Documents across various OFSAA modules. Translate intricate regulatory requirements into actionable system logic and meticulously craft comprehensive test cases. Conduct System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), rigorously validating outputs to guarantee regulatory accuracy. Develop and optimize SQL queries to ensure data integrity and perform thorough sanity checks across all OFSAA modules. Contribute significantly to the enhancement of data models, ETL processes, and reporting layers, ensuring consistency and reliability.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field is essential. You should possess over 5 years of experience within Risk, Finance, or Regulatory Reporting teams, ideally in a Banking or Upper Layer NBFC environment. A CA or Engineering background with an MBA in Finance, coupled with strong exposure to Liquidity Risk or Asset Liability Management (ALM), is highly valued. Proven experience of 5+ years in OFSAA/SAS implementation or management is required. Proficiency in SQL and data analysis, along with experience working with auditors and regulators, is crucial. Excellent communication and documentation skills are a must. Exposure to OFSAA LRM Regulatory modules and relevant certifications are advantageous.
